The natural antiseptic and antimicrobial properties of Epsom salt help release toxins, reduce the pain, absorb the moisture from the area, and dry out the boil.  Add a tablespoon of Epsom salt in 2 cups of warm water. Mix well. Immerse a clean wash cloth or towel cloth in the salt water. Wring to remove excess water. Place the cloth directly over boils and allow it to sit for about 10 – 15 minutes.
