Steam inhalation with essential oils:

Steaming is one of the most effective and fast way to treat colds, flu and runny nose. Well, plain water steam works too but to increase its effectiveness and fast recovery, essential oils like peppermint, eucalyptus or tea tree can be used.

How to use essential oils for colds

1-In a bowl of steaming hot water, add 4-5 drops of eucalyptus, tea tree or peppermint essential oils. Cover your head with a towel and hold over the bowl, with eyes closed and deep breathing inhale as much steam as you can. Repeat twice for about 10-15 minutes for two days.

Plant based digestive enzymes:

Raw fruits and vegetables contain digestive enzymes that our body need for digestion.
