Lie on the floor with your legs straight. Now firmly press your stomach with your fists in such a way that each fist touches each wrist. With this position, deep breathe several times.

  • Do not drink water right after a big meal.
  • Do not eat or drink anything cold after consuming hot.
  • Hold a pencil with your teeth and drink a glass of water.
  • Jog, jump, or run for few minutes.
  • Try deep breathing.
  • Try coughing.
  • Avoid carbonated drinks and beverages.
  • Avoid or limit smoking and alcohol consumption.
