Chew some Fennel

You will need

  • 1 teaspoon of Fennel powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Black salt
  • Dried plums as required

Combine together all the dry ingredients. Put dried plums and toss to evenly coat the plums. Take one plum and suck on slowly like a candy. You’ll really find relief.

But remember raw tamarind is not safe to use during pregnancy, make sure you’re taking ripen tamarind pods, dried mature tamarinds. The raw tamarind or young fruit is green and sour while the ripe pod is brown in color and more sweet-sour.

You will need

  • Ripe tamarind
  • Water

Soak tamarind in some warm water for 15 minutes. Gently break the tamarind pulp apart with your hands and mash it so that the fruit starts to separate from the rough fibers. De-seed it and if want add more water and sieve it. Put it in a glass jar in the refrigerator. Have a teaspoon whenever you feel nauseated.
