Mix a tablespoon of organic apple cider in a glass of filtered water. Stir well. Soak the cotton balls in the water until fully saturated. Take out and wring any excess solution. Now clean the area around the eyes and eyelids with this wet cotton. Use fresh cotton for each eye and discard immediately after use.
