how to relieve constipation fastConstipation actually is a disruption in normal bowel movement. And can be a worry-some for many if not every single person. Today in this post we are going share some fecund insights about causes of constipation and how to relieve constipation fast with easy to do at home tips.

Normally people have bowel movement every day or every other day. Anything from three bowel movements a day to three times a week is considered pretty normal. The last stages of food digestion takes place in the large intestine or colon. After the nourishment is extracted and mined from what we eat the leftover waste material mixed with water flows from the small intestine to the colon. Here the stool loses the water content and travels upwards through the ascending colon and across the belly through the transverse colon, as the water extracted the stool returns from liquid to solid as it goes down towards the rectum in the descending colon.

Stool is moved through the sections of the colon by waves of squeezing muscles in an action called peristalsis. Constipation may occur if too much water is absorbed from the stool or if peristalsis is slow down. Many other factors may also play a role such as poor diet low in fiber, emotional stress, low activity level, dehydration and over the counter and prescription drugs. If you do not have stool three times a week the toxins from the stool can be reabsorbed into the bloodstream and may become hard and difficult to pass. This can lead to abdominal discomfort, bloating, nausea, pain, blood in stool or hemorrhoids. The good news is that everyone can clear up constipation with drug-free methods and we are sharing some most effective ones today.
